Musical Genius Productions was founded by Omar Blanco Valentin (DJ Blanco - a bilingual mobile DJ) in 2009 as DJ Thriller Musical Genius. Today, Omar lives near Mankato-Saint Peter, MN with his wife and cuddly pup - Penny. He's created a DJ company that's become a leading wedding DJ service in Minnesota -- delivering top-tier DJ entertainment!

 Hello, here's a little bit about my journey to becoming the top wedding DJ in Minnesota!

• I attended school in Iowa. In 2009, I DJ'd my middle school Halloween dance as my first event. Thanks to my broad music tastes and ability to keep people dancing, my business experienced rapid growth.
• In 2014, I wanted to create a more professional appearance, so I rebranded. After all, DJ-Thriller Musical Genius was founded when I was 13 years old; thus, True Value Entertainment was born! My goal was to give our local DJ clients true value for their money. This meant providing a professional local DJ service at an affordable price without cutting corners in service. 
• In 2017, I set on becoming the region's best mobile DJ. I set even higher entertainment standards to give clients the ultimate local DJ service. To accomplish this goal, I rebranded again, this time into Musical Genius Productions. 
• In 2022, my wife landed a new job. So, we packed our bags and moved to Minnesota! My goal is to become Mankato-Saint Peter's Premier Wedding DJ! I aim to give clients a wedding atmosphere of elegance and high-energy excitement!
